Justin Cunningham
Vice President & Lead Professor
Key administrator and a theological educator within the church structure. Pastor Justin Cunningham—widely known as Pastor J—is a visionary leader, theological educator, and prophetic voice within the body of Christ. As Vice President and Lead Professor, he plays a pivotal role in shaping theological education and spiritual formation within the church structure. He is also the founding Overseer of I Belong Christian Family Church, a ministry birthed in June 2021 during the height of the global pandemic.
Pastor J’s ministry is marked by radical love, inclusion, and reconciliation. His teachings emphasize corporate healing, prison reformation, communal worship, and the equality of all humanity. With a prophetic gift and a heart for mentorship, he has led thousands to Christ and cultivated a culture of belonging across more than 10 states.

Bishop Kenneth L. Dawkins Jr.
serves as the Senior Pastor and Overseer of United Temple of Praise Deliverance Church, a vibrant ministry rooted in worship, deliverance, and community transformation. Born in Shelby, North Carolina to Deaconess Sebrina Dawkins, Bishop Dawkins has dedicated his life to preaching the gospel and shepherding souls with compassion and conviction.
With over a decade of pastoral leadership at UTOP, Bishop Dawkins is known for his dynamic preaching style, prophetic insight, and unwavering commitment to spiritual growth. His ministry emphasizes healing, restoration, and the power of praise, often marked by exuberant worship and heartfelt altar calls.
